Booking Policies

How do I make the booking?

Booking can be done via email to sales@bobmarine.com.sg

How do I confirm my booking?

Confirmation of the booking is upon full payment only.

Can you hold my booking for 2 weeks first before I make the payment?

We can pre-book the date and time for 3 days only.

How do I make the payment?

Payment can be done via bank transfer (please indicate invoice number). Paynow, cheque, cash or credit card (4% service charge by Paypal).

How do I cancel or change the date of my booking? Are they any charges involved?

There will be charges for cancellation or change of date. Please refer to our T&C for more details.

Getting There

Where do we board the yacht?

One 15 Marina Club, 11 Cover Drive, S0984978

Is there any free shuttle bus to Sentosa Cove?

No, shuttle bus schedule $2/trip or pax. Only ez-link card can be used for the shuttle bus. Cash, student ez-link or other pass will not be acceptable.

Where can I park the car?

You can park at Sentosa Cove carpark. Walking distance 150m from the club.

– MON – FRI before 5/6 PM
$0.02/min from 7am to 5pm

– MON – FRI after 5/6 PM
$2.40/entry from 5.01pm to 6.59am the following day

– SAT/SUN/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Charges same as weekdays

Is there any complimentary entry to Sentosa?

No. Sentosa Island Admission fee applies. Please see the link for more details.

How do I get to the club?

Time

What time do we have to be there for the charter?

Please be there 15 minutes earlier.

Are we allowed to decorate the boat?

Yes, only light decoration is allowed, however, confetti ballons are not allowed.

Can we come earlier to decorate the yacht?

Please contact us if you want to come early (subject to availability)

Who do I contact when I reached?

We will send you the crew’s contact detail 1 day before the charter. Please contact the crew only when everyone has gathered.

Where is the meet up location?

Cold Storage at Sentosa Cove Arrival Plaza near the carpark.

What if I’m late?

Charter timing is fix. There will be no extend or postponing of chartering if the client is late.
